ALM Fast Foods works from Selborne Walk in Walthamstow. The grill runs to order, wraps are folded as they are ordered and hot sides are boxed separately so nothing turns soft on the walk home. Orders are taken at the counter or by telephone, group orders are cooked in batches and bagged by name, and during busy periods the wait is stated rather than guessed at.
